Solutions · School sport

School sport without the lunch-hour paperwork.

Elementary and high schools, colleges, universities, school boards and regional student-sport associations. Today school sport runs on paper forms, emails to parents and a gym schedule pinned to a board. With Onzaris, extracurricular sign-ups, gyms, schedules, teams and parents move into one system, and changes reach students and families without anyone relaying them by hand.

The old way

Your current tools store things. You do everything else.

Paper forms, emails to parents, a schedule on the board: every term, the same work by hand. Here is what Onzaris does for you.

With your current tools

Relaying a schedule change from the association to the school, then the coach, then the parents.

With Onzaris

The change is entered once. The school, the coach and the families involved receive it automatically.

With Onzaris

Parents register, consent and pay online, program by program.

The result is entered once on the game sheet, and a reminder goes out if it is missing.

One network, six roles

From the association to the parent, everyone sees their part.

The school, the coach, the family, the network and the association share one calendar.

01
School athletics lead

Every school team, registered in one place.

If extracurricular sign-ups are still done on paper…

Create a program per sport and category, with capacity, consents and fees. Students sign up, parents pay, and you only handle the exceptions.

  • Programs by sport and category
  • Consents and fees in one place
  • Sign-ups and capacity visible
02
Recreation technician

Gyms shared without overlaps.

If you are still juggling the gym schedule and the association’s schedule…

Practices, games and tournaments are placed in the gyms available. Conflicts are blocked before publishing, and every team sees its up-to-date schedule.

  • Free gyms picked automatically
  • Double bookings blocked
  • Practices and games on one calendar
03
Coach or teacher

Thursday’s game, ready from the phone.

If you are still taking attendance on paper before the bus leaves…

Coaches receive their games on publication, see student replies and prepare the game sheet in one place.

  • Games received on publication
  • Attendance confirmed by families
  • Game sheet linked to the lineup
04
Students and parents

Parents know where and when, without calling the school.

If parents still call the front office to find out when the game is…

Each family sees their kids’ calendar. When a game moves the notification goes out on its own, and attendance is confirmed in one tap.

  • One family calendar for every child
  • Changes received automatically
  • Attending or not in one tap
05
School board or network

One rollout per network, not school by school.

If every school in your network still runs sport with its own files…

Schools in a board share one system, with roles per school and logged access. Each school keeps control of its own activities.

  • Roles per school and function
  • Logged access
  • Pilot in one to three schools
06
Regional or provincial association

The league schedule, generated and sent out.

If your school leagues still live in spreadsheets mailed to schools…

Competitions, divisions and schedules are built in Onzaris from the gyms available. Every change reaches the schools and teams involved.

  • Schedules generated per division
  • Changes sent to schools
  • Results entered once
Every school level

From elementary school to university.

Words change with the network. The work to remove is the same.

Elementary

Extracurriculars, simply

Lunch and after-school activities, parent sign-ups and a family calendar.

High school

Interschool teams

Teams by category, travel, attendance and regional student-sport leagues.

College

Competitive programs

College teams, gym schedules and results entered once.

University

Varsity and recreation

Varsity teams, intramural leagues and game staff on one calendar.

Moving to Onzaris

One school first. The network next.

Start small, measure, then extend.

01

We import what you have

Sign-up lists, teams and gym schedules come in from your files. Rows to fix are flagged.

02

One to three pilot schools

A full term runs in Onzaris: sign-ups, schedules, attendance and parent communication.

03

The network follows

The school board decides on rollout based on the time removed, measured in the pilot schools.

FAQ

What people ask us before switching.

Does the school have to switch tools?

For sport, yes. Onzaris replaces the forms, spreadsheets and message groups used for school sport. General school systems, like student records or the parent portal, are not in scope.

What about the regional association’s official system?

Its rules and approvals remain its own. Onzaris makes sure teams and rosters are complete before the deadline, so submitting is no longer re-typing.

How does a pilot work?

One to three schools use Onzaris for a full term. We measure the time removed before any rollout decision.
