Onzaris may process account information, contact details, sport roles, schedules, attendance, certifications, uploaded documents, communications and payment records required by the organization. For a sports registration, the safety profile may contain insurance/health-card details and expiry, an emergency contact, and health or medication declarations. This profile is encrypted and restricted to the member concerned and authorized administrators. In a private conversation, a person may choose to send a photo, video, file or voice message to authorized team members. Card data is processed by the payment provider and is not stored in Onzaris.
Use
This information is used to authenticate people, apply permissions, administer competitions, communicate changes, produce sport documents and provide requested support. Photos, videos, files and voice messages are transmitted only after an explicit action and are limited to the chosen conversation. Push notifications use a device token to deliver enabled alerts; they can be disabled in the app settings. Onzaris does not sell personal information.
Onzaris Intelligence
The operational engine uses minimized context. Member contact details and names associated with discipline cases are strictly protected and excluded from third-party execution contexts. Every preparatory plan requires explicit human validation before application.
Providers and retention
Hosting, secure storage, email and payment providers process only the information strictly required for service delivery. Retention periods are configured according to the organization’s obligations and applicable legal requirements. Onzaris uses protected sessions, organization-scoped controls, authenticated downloads and an audit log for sensitive operations.
Access, correction and deletion
A person may request access, correction or applicable deletion of their information through their organization. The app’s “Delete my account” function immediately revokes the session and opens a deletion or anonymization request; some records may be retained when required by law, financial obligations or the organization’s administration.
