Onzaris may process account information, contact details, sport roles, schedules, attendance, certifications, uploaded documents, communications and payment records required by the organization. Card data is processed by the payment provider and is not stored in Onzaris.
Use
This information is used to authenticate people, apply permissions, administer competitions, communicate changes, produce sport documents and provide requested support. Onzaris does not sell personal information.
Onzaris Intelligence
The copilot uses minimized operational context. Member contact details and names associated with discipline cases are excluded from provider context. OpenAI requests use API no-retention controls, and every plan requires human approval.
Retention and security
Retention periods must be configured according to the organization’s obligations. Onzaris uses protected sessions, organization-scoped controls, authenticated downloads and an audit log for sensitive operations.
Access and correction
A person may request access, correction or applicable deletion of their information through their organization. For a platform request, use the contact form.
