Solutions · Federations and governing bodies

A whole province’s season, without an army of volunteers.

Provincial, territorial or state federations, and national bodies. Today every season relies on files passed from club to region to federation, re-typed at every level. Registry platforms store that data, they do not run the season. With Onzaris, members, competitions, games, officials and discipline live in one system, and the file relay disappears.

✓ Club data received without re-typing✓ Schedules and referees automated✓ Access by role and by level
The old way

Your current tools store things. You do everything else.

Files passed around, registries to fill, clubs to chase: every season, the same back-and-forth between levels. Here is what Onzaris does for you.

With your current tools

Receiving player lists from every club, fixing duplicates and copying them by hand.

With Onzaris

Clubs register their members in Onzaris. Duplicates and incomplete files surface on their own.

With your current tools

Asking regions for their fields, building schedules in Excel, then importing them.

With Onzaris

Schedules generate from available fields and time slots, region by region.

With your current tools

Receiving results by email and re-typing them into the standings.

With Onzaris

Results are entered on the game sheet. A reminder goes out when a score is missing.

Tracking disciplinary files from several regions in separate emails.

With Onzaris

One register of incidents, hearings and decisions, with their history.

With your current tools

Assembling the season picture from five files before every meeting.

With Onzaris

The daily board ranks priority decisions and urgent issues across the organization.

One federation, six responsibilities

Every department works on the same season.

Members, competitions, results, discipline, access and oversight in one system.

01
Registration and member data

Members arrive clean, from the club to you.

If you are still fixing duplicates in club exports…

Clubs register their members directly. Duplicates, missing fields and eligibility statuses surface before they reach your office.

  • Registrations done by clubs
  • Duplicates and incomplete files flagged
  • Final validation by the federation
02
Competitions

Competitions run without a central spreadsheet.

If you are still building provincial schedules in Excel before importing them…

Create competitions and divisions, let teams register and generate schedules from the fields available.

  • Competitions and divisions per season
  • Schedules generated per division
  • Conflicts blocked before publishing
03
Games and results

Results arrive without anyone asking.

If you are still re-typing results received by email…

The score is entered on the game sheet and feeds the standings. When a result is missing after the game, the reminder goes out on its own.

  • Game sheet linked to the result
  • Automatic reminders for missing scores
  • Standings up to date without re-typing
04
Officials and discipline

Referees and sanctions on the same file.

If you are still tracking disciplinary files from several regions by email…

Officials are assigned by availability, and every game incident becomes a case with hearing and decision. Decisions stay human.

  • Officials assigned in bulk
  • Disciplinary cases centralized
  • Decisions and history recorded
05
Governance and access

The right access at every level, no shared account.

If everyone still shares the same admin login…

Create roles from precise capabilities: manage competitions, assign officials, certify games, approve finances. Every access is logged.

  • Custom roles by capability
  • Access by federation, region or club
  • Access events logged
06
Executive leadership

Today’s decisions, not an end-of-month report.

If you still hear about urgent issues from a Saturday phone call…

The attention center ranks decisions by urgency: closed field, schedule conflicts, pending replies. You know what to handle first.

  • Priority decisions ranked by urgency
  • Closures and conflicts flagged
  • Next event always visible
Provincial, territorial, national

One season, from the club to the national body.

Names change from one country to the next. The work passed between levels can disappear.

Provincial, territorial or state federation

The heart of the operation

Members, sanctioned competitions, officials and discipline across every region and affiliated club.

Regional association

Schedules and referees

Schedules generated, referees assigned and teams validated at the regional level.

Affiliated club

Registrations and families

Members are registered once, at the club, and move up without being re-typed.

National body

Shared rules

National championships, certifications and officials under rules shared by member federations.

Moving to Onzaris

One region or competition first. The province next.

The move happens in measured steps, not all at once.

01

We import your data

Members, teams, schedules and officials come in from your current exports. Rows with errors are flagged before they enter.

02

A first scope runs

One region or competition runs its season in Onzaris. We measure the manual steps removed.

03

The rest follows

Other regions and competitions move under the same rules. Official decisions stay with the federation.

FAQ

What people ask us before switching.

Do we have to replace our current system?

That is the goal. Onzaris becomes the system the season runs on. The move happens region by region or competition by competition, so the old system is only retired once the new season is proven.

What about obligations to the national body?

They are handled from Onzaris data, so your staff does not type them twice. At kickoff we establish with you what your national body requires.

How do you handle privacy?

Each role only sees data for its own level, access is logged and sensitive decisions require an authorized person.
