Solutions · Leagues and regional associations

The league schedules itself. No more back-and-forth.

Today a league season means dozens of emails to clubs, a schedule built in Excel for weeks and referees found one text at a time. Even with league software, you push every step yourself. With Onzaris, team registration, schedules, fields, referees, discipline and club communication run on their own. Leagues and regional associations only handle the exceptions.

The old way

Your current tools store things. You do everything else.

Emails, spreadsheets, texts or league software: every season, the same back-and-forth. Here is what Onzaris does for you.

With your current tools

Emailing every club to ask which fields are available, then compiling it all in a spreadsheet.

With Onzaris

Club fields and time slots live in Onzaris. The schedule builds from what is actually free.

One league, six roles

The league office stops working as a switchboard.

Each manager only sees what needs a decision. The rest is already done.

01
Scheduler

The whole division schedule, generated at once.

If you are still spending weeks building the schedule in Excel…

Pick the division, teams, fields and time window. Onzaris generates every game, assigns fields and flags every overlap before publishing.

  • Every game in a division at once
  • Fields assigned by availability
  • Conflicts blocked before publishing
02
Competition manager

Teams register, the competition fills up.

If you still receive team registrations by form and email…

Open a competition with its divisions and deadlines. Clubs register their own teams, and you see who is complete and who is late.

  • Teams registered by their clubs
  • Divisions and deadlines tracked
  • Incomplete teams flagged before the deadline
03
Roster validation

Rosters arrive already checked.

If you are still sending a roster back to a club three times because a field is missing…

Missing or expired files surface before the deadline. The club sees what is blocking, and you only approve complete files.

  • Incomplete files visible to the club
  • Eligibility status per player
  • Final approval by the league
04
Referee assignor

Referees assigned in bulk, not one text at a time.

If you are still assigning referees by text, one by one…

Onzaris proposes available referees for each game and assigns them in bulk. When a game moves the assignment follows, and games without a referee stay at the top of the list.

  • Automatic assignment by availability
  • Uncovered games brought forward
  • Replacements tracked game by game
05
Discipline

One file per incident, not a lost spreadsheet.

If you are still tracking cards and suspensions in a file only you can read…

Every red card or report becomes a case with hearing, decision and history. The decision stays human, and follow-up no longer depends on your memory.

  • Case opened from the incident
  • Hearings and decisions recorded
  • History available to the league
06
Club communication

One announcement, and the right clubs know.

If you are still writing the same email to forty club presidents…

Schedule changes go out on their own to the teams involved. For everything else, one announcement targeted by division or role replaces the mailing list.

  • Automatic notifications on every change
  • Announcements targeted by division or role
  • History of announcements sent
Moving to Onzaris

You migrate the league once. The season follows.

We start from your current files, not a blank page.

01

We import what you have

Teams, schedules, fields and officials lists come in from your Excel or CSV files. Rows to fix are flagged.

02

Clubs share their fields

Each club enters its fields and available hours once. No more start-of-season emails asking for them.

03

The season runs

Schedule, referees, score reminders and notifications run on their own. The league keeps the decisions and handles the exceptions.

FAQ

What people ask us before switching.

Does the league have to switch tools?

Yes. Onzaris replaces the scheduling spreadsheet, the forms and the mailing lists with a season that organizes itself. We import your files and help with the move.

Do clubs have to use Onzaris too?

They benefit, but it is not required to start. A club can share its fields and register its teams without moving everything on its side.

Can we start with a single division?

Yes. Most leagues start with one division or age group to measure the time saved, then extend to the rest of the season.
