Nothing. Setup, configuration and migrating your files are free. You pay once players are registered: $3 per player per year for a club or a league, $0.75 per licensed player per year for a network. Programs and seasons are unlimited, and a player is paid for once: if their club already pays, the league and the federation pay nothing for them.
The one that matches your trade, not your size. You register players (club, school, academy, university, program): “Make people play”. You make teams play each other (league, district, region, tournament, school network): “Make teams play each other”. You oversee members (federation, governing body, school board): “Supervise a network”. If you do more than one of these, a player is still paid only once.
You re-type nothing. Upload your Excel files, CSVs, or exports from your federation or previous platform: Onzaris maps the columns (names, dates of birth, guardian phone numbers, age categories), prepares your rosters and only flags the rows to fix.
Yes. Data is hosted in Canada and travels encrypted. Each organization's data is kept apart from the others, and each person only sees what their role allows.
